Scavengers Page

The Scavengers roll is to eat the uneaten parts of the dead animals. There are a lot of different scavengers in the Amazon Rainforest. Some Scavengers of the rainforest are the earthworm, vultures, cokroach, catfish, and more. The detritus food chain is important because if we didn't have scavengers there would be dead organisms everywhere. If there were dead organisms all over the place it would spread diseses around. the dead organisms are a waste of enery also. When the scavenger eats the organism it gets that engery. That is why scavengers are a important part of the food chain.
