the rain forest, herbivores play a very important role.
Herbivores eat all sorts of plants. If herbivores became
extinct than the rainforest would be over populated by
flower life. Also, if herbivores became extinct the
carnivores would die of hunger because all of their food
had died. |

the smallest birds in the world. Long tongue to
get nectar. Hummingbirds are not afraid to attack
eagles or hawks. They have the ability to fly

leaves, grass, and fruit. |

Humans
and the animals they have introduced to the
islands. Dogs, pigs, and black rats. Goats and
donkeys eat much of the vegetation that the
Galapgos tortoise needs. Also hawks who prey on
young tortoises. |
