The roll of Carnavores is to eat other animals. There are fish, like the pirahna and the peacock bass. There are reptiles like the caiman and the crocodile. There are birds like the royal flycatcher and the rufous-tailed jacamar. There are also mammals like the jaguar and the gaint otter. Then there are insects like the fishing spider and the dragonfly. Finally there are amphibians like the red-eyed tree frog and the poison arrow frog.


Name: Black Pirahna
Description: 27-36 teeth,1 foot in length,black colored
Habitat: Rivers of Central and South America. Amazon Basin.
Diet: Fruits, seeds, native fish, amphibians, cattle, young herons, and caimen.

Name: Jaguar
Description: reaches a length of 4 feet (1.2 meters) and a height of 2.5 to 3 feet (0.8 to 1 meter). The tail of the jaguar is anywhere from 18-30 inches. Females range from 100 to 200 lbs. and males are typically 125 to 250 lbs,common for a jaguar to be completely black
Habitat: Dense tropical forest, swamps, and open country.
Diet: Grown animals (loves peccaries, capybara, sloth, tapir, deer, monkeys), cattle, fish, frogs, turtles and small gators. Loves meat and will eat almost anything.

Name: Caiman
Description: 6 meters,resembles the American Alligator
Habitat: River systems of Central and South America. Amazon Basin.
Diet: Amphibians, fish, reptiles, birds, and sometimes larger mammals.
