PLANTS IN THE AMAZON |
||||||
| The
producers of the on-going food chain, are plants. That is
the main source of food for basically everyone, and
everything in the Amazon, and everywhere else. Plants
continue to grow because of the sunlight beaming down on
them every single day. Plants give people and animals
energy, and sunlight gives plants they're energy. The
chemical that keeps the plants green colored is called
chloraphyl, without that, who knows what color they would
turn out to be. The process of plants growing is called
photosynthesis, it happens every day. Pictures compliments of Junglephotos.com |
