Carnivores


Carnivores are secondary - tertiary consumers. They consume plants for energy. If there were no Carnivores went down the Herbivores well go up and also plants well go down also to. Carnivores are animals that eat other animal to stay alive.

Diet: Their diet is crabs, shrimps,and other fish ( especially piranha and the armored catfish

Description: They grow to about a foot at the shoulder and weigh about 10-15 pounds. There animal travel in a small packs . Females give birth to 1-6 babies.
Habitat: Rain forest and other areas of Central and South America. Amazon rain forest.
Diet: Mainly rodents ( like agoutis and capybaras)

Name: Bush Pig Red River Hog
Description: it is very big ,young bush pigs are striped at birth. The life span of a bush pig is about 10-15 years.
Habitat: Forest, moist savanna, and grassland, Africa and Madagacar.
Diet: Planets, grasses, leaves,roots,frogs,mice and earthworms.
