Amazon Food Webs and Food Chain Project
Food Chains:
A Food chain is a model that shows how enery is passed in the form of food from one organism to another.the arrows between the organisms show the direction of enery flow. they point from what is being eaten to what is eating it..

Food Webs:
A food web show all the feeding relationships at each trophic level. food webs are a more realistic picture of what actual happens in the ecosystem. the producer role is are green plants capable of making teir own food using energy from the sun in a process called photosynthesis. the first-level is feed directly on plants; an example of this would be a mouse. the second-level is feed on level consumers; an example of this would be a rattlesnake that eats a mouse. the third-level feed on second level consumers;an examble of this would be a hawk eating a rattlesnake.). consumer are animals that cannot make their own food. they depend on getting their energy from other plants and animals. there can be up to three level of consumers on a food chin.

The Delicate Balance of Organisms:
the food chain and the food webs are very important to the amazon rainforest. the plants and animals would died. or it could get to populated and and the food chain would expend.
