| The rainforest is in danger of industries that mine out resources for money. The rainforest has been being clear cut for years now, killing rare animals and many types of vegetation. Oil companies are also trying to put a pipeline through the rainforest to transport oil. All of these types of industry are hurting the rainforest in many ways. We might not have a rainforest in years to come. | |

| There are many conservations throughout the world devoted to protecting the rainforests. Over the years there have been protestors starting a rebelion against deforestation.
