Herbivore

The role of the herbivore in the food chain is to eat all the producers like plants, leaves, fruits, nuts and berries. Then the carnivores eat the herbivores, so that is the role the herbivores play in the food chain. Some herbivores are: fishes, insects, amphibians, mammals, and birds.
