| South America has 13
contries. Several of the contries has the Amazon
Rainforest in it. The Atacama Desret and the
Andes Mountians are in South America too. The
Andes are the longest chain of mountians. Also in
South America is Lake Titicaca. |

Amazon Rainforest: |
| The Amazon Rainforest gets 4
more feet of water yearly then we do. It is also
home to many plants and animals. The Rainforest
is home to many creaters like the jaguar,
monkeys, birds, and many more animals.There are
tall dense trees were animals can jump for tree
top to tree top this is called a canopy. The
Amazon Basin is 2.5 million spaure miles. The
flooding of the Amazon is caused by rain fall and
snow melt. One third of the worlds species live
in the Amazon. Tweenty persent of the worlds
oxygen is produced in the Amazon Rainforest. |
