| Diet: | Plant, leaves, grass, and fruit. |
| Predators: | Humans and the animals they have introduced to the islands. Dogs, pigs, and black rats. Goats and donkeys eat much of the vegetation that the Galapgos tortoise needs. Also hawks who prey on young tortoises. |
